She wakes up in a sort of a camp with some people she recognises, inter alia, her brother. Jackson is nowhere to be seen. The people in the camp have to fulfil tasks in groups. Prentiss wants to escape badly. She knows she can’t just run away, so she will have to find another way. She agrees to do some extra work with the cows, so that she can befriend Gallatin, the brother of the leader of the camp, Cato. Gallatin may be able to help her escape. Prentiss and Gallatin start to develop feelings for each other. I give this book 5 stars. The story is very unique, very different from other books. It gets more and more exciting as it continues. The suspense is nicely built. It’s a great concept. Prentiss is a great main character. She is very small, but smart, strong and brave. And of course, I really love Gallatin! <3 He is totally sweet! All the moments with him are so cute! They are adorable as a couple! I advise this book to everyone who would like to read something light and sweet but interesting nonetheless!
